Payment

I accept all debit cards, credit cards, FSA and HSA cards, cash and check. Payment is due at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of private practice, any appointment cancelled within 24 business hours of appointment time will be charged the full cost of the appointment. Monday appointments must be cancelled by Friday before appointment time.

Insurance

I am in network with some United Healthcare plans. If you have United Healthcare, please contact them before scheduling an appointment to ensure that your specific plan covers sessions with me. If your plan does not cover sessions, the fee for each session is listed above.

I do not accept any other insurance; however, I can provide you with receipts to request reimbursement from your insurance company. Each insurance company reimburses differently and you will need to contact your insurance directly to learn about their reimbursement policy.
